Ok so i use to smoke alot and get no problems. i quit for like 2 months and i smoked 3 times in the last 2 days. Not much but still. Now i have shallow breathing. Its every now and then. Usually at bed time. I have troubles getting deeps breaths and when i do get a deep breathe it feels amazing. But i only get it 2/8 tries. Im quitting smoking for good. And before i go to bed i drink a spoon full of white vinegar (i heard apple cider vinegar works or whatever so i tried white) and well it worked for 1 night but not the other. I played basketball cuz i thought it was lack of cardio (i workout but not really cardio) and well it was ok. But then i got this huge head rush it was terrible. Ok so questions are 1. What is this? 2. How do i treat it? 3. Would it be good or bad to workout with this? i keep window open for fresh air and barricade room kinda so my dads cig smoke dont get near me. I USE TO HALF ASTHMA WHEN I WAS VERY LITTLE BUT IT WENT AWAY. Thought that would be usefull. Plus there was a forest fire. But i dont smell smoke. Its also very hummid
