Resolved Question: Should i use my quit smoking patch program?
I have attempted before to quit smoking cold turkey. Failed and gave in numerous times. I have a patch program but I am scared of The side effect etc. I also don’t have a date set because there is not much motivation for me. Everyone in my family smokes. Parents/brothers/sisters. My BF raggs on me everytime I have a cigarette. Its gone to the point where I really need to quit. Yet, motivation is zero. What did you do to help you?

I am at last resort for quitting smoking: Patches, gum, pills, cold turkey, prayer, support group– none of these have worked for me, none for longer than a couple of months.
I also have weight and pain issues that could benefit from hypnosis, if it works.
