Resolved Question: Commit Stop Smoking Lozenges. Any experiences I’d love to hear about please?
I havent smoked in a week (not exactly by choice though)
I had neck surgery….and was told that it would interfere with the healing if I smoke. Long story…blablablah…
Anyway, if I havent had nicotene in my system for over a week would it be a bad idea to start the lazanges now? Or should I just tough it out and leave the nicotene out of my system?
Wat do you think???

Forgot to mention that the first 3 days was a bit of cheating since I laid in the hospital bed in agony doped up on pain shots! But it HAS been *day 7 without nicotene as of today… 
BUT it seems as though the cravings are REALLY starting to kick in stronger now that I’m feeling a little better and am at home now…
