Resolved Question: Day by Day quitting smoking benefits ….?
Both me and my husband have been smoke free now for 10 days!! (both have smoked 10+ years). WHOO HOO!!

I’m remembering back to health class in 7th grade, and I remember them passing out sheets that tell you the changes in your body day by day after you quit smoking. I know after day 1 or so it said “you can breath better” …and it goes on and on…….

does anyone know where to find this ???

I been smoking cigarettes and weed for about 3 years now im up to almost a pack a day and a ounce of weed a week…iwas goin thru alot of hard stuff the past few months and recently everythings been gettin alot better for me…i got a new, GREAT job, im realizing the people i need to cut out of my life and basically i just kinda want to start over almost…i want to start exercising but i get out of breath so fast its so discouraging…i cant really workout…i want to stop smoking if it would help with this…but would it? if i quit would i stop getting short of breath so easily or would i be stuck like this?

Anyone who has info. it would be great. I am a smoker and have tried to quit smoking unsuccessfully.
My grandpa smoked his whole life but didnt suffer any cancer or heart disease or anything like that, he died of natural causes at 78, so I havent experienced first hand anyone with negative effects in my family from smoking.
What are some incentives to quit?
