Marijuana Facts

In this video I\’ll be dicussing some of the most controversial questions about marijuana . Marijuana Causes Lung Cancer ? Fact: Dr. Donald Tashkin of the University of California at Los Angeles, a pulmonologist who has studied marijuana for 30 years have verified, that no association between marijuana smoking and cancer was found. Moderate smoking of marijuana appears to pose minimal danger to the lungs. Like tobacco smoke, marijuana smoke contains a number of irritants and carcinogens. But marijuana users typically smoke much less often than tobacco smokers, and over time, inhale much less smoke. As a result, the risk of serious lung damage should be lower in marijuana smokers. There have been no reports of lung cancer related solely to marijuana, and in a large study presented to the American Thoracic Society in 2006, even heavy users of smoked marijuana were found not to have any increased risk of lung cancer. Unlike heavy tobacco smokers, heavy marijuana smokers exhibit no obstruction of the lung\’s small airway. That indicates that people will not develop emphysema from smoking marijuana. Marijuana is highly addictive ? Fact: For most people, no. About 10% of recreational users will develop problems serve enough to impair their work and relationships. Many more will come to depend on pot for relaxation and social purposes. Some might seek help from drug treatment professionals however Marijuana does not cause physical withdraw symptoms like other drug substance do but

Show Me

I wrote this song for my neighbor, who spends all of his time watching TV. The old people gave up and the young ones are not trying The only escape we know is a drugged out form of flying Is that enough? It\’s not enough for me We had so many plans and now where are we? Show me! Show me one good reason to breathe If it only hurts when I\’m breathing I need to find some peace in this life 20 is much to young to be giving up, but I am so close to lying down There must be some sweet release in this life There must be something to look forward to in growing old beyond our youth Or we will never never grow, so show me Show me the 12 guys on my block who are gonna get cancer Smoking what we\’ve fucking known for 50 years causes cancer Something\’s missing, are you listening? No one is ever really listening Even when they look you dead in the eye and swear to God they were listening, they weren\’t Baby what happened? How has this life got you down? Have you lost sign of the light of our castles and crowns I was the princess, you were the wizard, dreaming is easy when you\’re young Sure we were naïve, sure we were crazy but we had fun You need to find some peace in this life 20 is much to young to be giving up, but you are so close to lying down There must be some sweet release in this life There must be something to look forward to in growing old beyond your youth Or you will never never grow, You say you\’re getting older but I don\’t see it yet I\’ll let go of my fancy if you let go of

Resolved Question: What did I do? and what should I do?
My twin sister (we’re both 15) has been ignoring me for the past 3 days and I have no idea why. My sister ignores a lot of people, even her friends and our parents, especially our dad. My sister always sneaks in my room and snoops around, hacks into my computer, reads my emails, and checks my history. She even read my hook up list with all the guys ive hooked up with on them, and then she photocopied it and wrote SLUT all over it. It gets even weirder. About every single time I take a shower, she always comes in halfway and spends ages in the bathroom doing nothing. And once I get out, and start to change, she always knocks on the door and when I say Im busy, she ignores me for the rest of the day. Once she was looking through my bag and she found my cigarettes and she started to blackmail me, saying I had to buy her clothes every time I go shopping. Then, she saw some pictures on facebook of me partying and going clubbing, and she started blackmailing me more. Every time like cancer, smoking, or drinking comes up on tv or in the car radio or whatever, she gives me a weird suspicious look. She also looks weird. She has straight black hair, and is really pimply, but shes super skinny like size 0 skinny and taller than me. I have light brown hair and good skin but im not skinny, im normal. Also, when I was 13 and started developing, she used to steal my bras and wear them, even though she didn’t need them. She still doesn’t. My mom said that she could be jealous because shes a 32AA and im like a 34D. But I didn’t think its that.My sister hardly goes out of the house, except to go to school. Her friends are all really weird asians (im not racist, im part asian anyways) who hardly speak english, and she doesn’t know anyone outside of our school. (We go to a small all-girls school). My friends say she could be jealous of me but I don’t think its that either.
What would make her do this?
srry if its really long.

Resolved Question: Does this about breast cancer make sense?
For years I’ve been wondering many things about breast cancer.

Why breast and not other cancers? I guess because most other cancers have an already identified “culprit” already:

Lung cancer= smoking and asbestos, among others

Cervical= HPV

Stomach= Helicobacter pylori

Also apparently some types are hereditary.

But regarding breast cancer there seems to not be a proven cause. At least not all scientists and doctors agree on the ones proposed. And it seems that maybe many more than one thing causes it. For example I was just surprised at finding out that the first breast cancers were already being described 1,600 years before the Christian era! And it appears to have been lack of proper hygiene in the Middle Ages which caused some breast cancers, which apparently were not that uncommon (even when most women lived short lives), because I have just seen three paintings of women w/ breast cancer done by renown artists in the middle ages!

Then on the other hand it has also been proven that post menopausal women get breast cancer because of an excess of estrogen, which mostly appears to be given in artificial form to combat the natural (and probably superfluous negative results) of aging.

Now, I also saw complete story on CBS’s 60 Minutes over a decade ago in which a female scientist who worked at company strongly believed that GLYCOL was a direct link to breast cancer!

I also read around that time that Asian women had very low incidence of breast cancer, but tended to develop it after living 10 years in the U.S.

I am thus against those complaining that much more attention and funds is given breast cancer studies. And furthermore believe this should be treated as a national medical emergency. I am not exaggerating. Simply because I could draw up a list here of even very young women who are already battleing. And by young I mean in their late 20′s and very early 30′s!

But my original question (which I almost forgot), is:

Shouldn’t science be concentrating more in studying every single thing about tissues in the breast? Simply because there must be something to these which make it more vulnerable to many type cancers?

Narrow: Bad customer service in McDonald, fat judges should not judge, people should not go outside when storm comes because it might hit people with metal golf sticks, ect.
