ok im 22 yrs old and i have a 6 yr old son.. I started smoking when i was 13 heavy! When i was 17 i had a hard time breathing so i quit cold turkey.. Worked great i was smoke free for 2- 21/2 yrs then a big fight went down and i started again. So now i am addicted again! Im trying to quit, today is the “OH SHIT” DAY (also known as the first day) and i feel like ripping someone to shreads.. Im bitchy and shaking and crap.. This never happened the first time i stopped and its not as easy this time but i threw all my smokes out this morning with the trash that got picked up by trash guys an hr after placing it out there. Im not going to run to the gas station to waste money when this is what i wanted.. PLEASE just give me some insperation or encouragement Please i constantly feel like crying! uhh thanks
