Voting Question: Smoking facts please?
Ok, my parents are smokers and won’t stop. I want to prove to them that it’s not that hard to stop. But I’m afraid of the after effects. I’m in football and I work out every day and I’m 14. How much would one cigeratte a day for one month hurt me? I read that one cigeratte isn’t that bad. And by the way I know I’ll be able to stop so don’t worry.
Resolved Question: Loads of smoking crap/questions/help!?
Well, today, my mum left a bit of tobacco on the side of the table (like sprinklings & stuff) so I ripped off a tiny bit of reciept & rolled a fag about 1cm long. I smoked it until about half a cm, but kept putting it away, smoking again, ext; to get to that 1/2cm.
I had a bit of pain in my throat which I heard was normal. It’s hardly a cigarette at all really but could I become addicted or have health problems from this one cigarette?
This question sounds so dumb, because I know all the smoking facts & stuff from numerous lessons, but just to be sure. Oh, and I’m 14/15 year old girl if that helps at all. Thanks, please, no abuse!
