Open Question: Quit smoking, having a drink can I have 1?
I have been having a few drinks at home tonight for the first time since I quit smoking. I only quit 10 days ago completely and have got over the cravings while I am sober but the thing is I know a lot of people who only smoke when they drink so what I want to know is can I just have 1 tonight because I am drinking or will it f**k it up for me I don’t think it will but i need confirmation lol
Honestly yeah I do have smokes in my house because it is just over a week since I quit on the idea of just quitting but I think it would be ok to have 1 now I have had quite a few vodkas but think I have conquered it sober so I think it is ok to enjoy it while I am drunk I wish I could choose all yer abswers as best answers but I gta pick!

Open Question: 22 weeks pregnant worried about stillborn baby (repost)?
Hello all. I don’t know why I’m so worried something is going to go wrong with my pregnancy but I really wish I could stop being worried. I am a highrisk pregnancy due to high blood pressure although it has been under control for a while now. I’m closely monitored by my doctor the only thing is that I really haven’t felt movement although I know she’s healthy because I get a US at every appt I’m still scared. I have a anterior placenta and I’m not going to lie I smoke a 2-3 ciggs every day ever since my grandfather died around 17 weeks and my grandmother passed at 20 weeks. I quit smoking the day I found out up until they passed its just so hard to deal with I’ve been having minor cramps which my doctor told me is normal for my first pregnancy. I just feel so stressed and I have horrible anxiety anyone feel this way through there pregnancy and how did you cope with it? Would you say its okay to start decorating the nursery or no? I have so much stuff for her and I love her so much I just am so worried ;( help please don’t judge me for smoking I plan on quitting starting tomorrow I’m just scared I’ve caused damage
