My mom told me she quit smoking when I was going into 2nd grade. For the past couple of months to a year she has been smelling strongly of smoke. She keeps disapearing and coming back smelling funny. I caught her smoking this summer and every time I ask her if she has been smoking she sais no. When my little sister does something wrong she yells at her (that is so not like her and fyi my sister is 2).She has been getting more stressed out lately and more up tight about simple stuff. I also found those commit stop smoking tablets in her drawer. My dad is smoking so they might be his but I thought it was weird how they were in her drawer. Telll me if you think she is smoking please!

I havent smoked in a week (not exactly by choice though)
I had neck surgery….and was told that it would interfere with the healing if I smoke. Long story…blablablah…
Anyway, if I havent had nicotene in my system for over a week would it be a bad idea to start the lazanges now? Or should I just tough it out and leave the nicotene out of my system?
Wat do you think???

Forgot to mention that the first 3 days was a bit of cheating since I laid in the hospital bed in agony doped up on pain shots! But it HAS been *day 7 without nicotene as of today… 
BUT it seems as though the cravings are REALLY starting to kick in stronger now that I’m feeling a little better and am at home now…
