Voting Question: What are the right shoes or sandals for a woman with arthritis in her ankles?
The arthritis is from old injuries and recent weight gain is probably a big reason for it too.. (I am 29 yrs old, gained 60lbs very easily in the 3 years since I quit smoking..)
Now I just don’t know what kind of shoes to wear besides sneakers?..
I need a casual sandal and a dressier sandal but don’t know how to shop for it..
I’m thinking that ankle straps are probably a must, but I am not 100 percent confident on how to pick a casual shoe for this.. Any advice? Thnx 
maybe I need something stable that will absorb impact or “ground force” at heel strike? Still, I am curious to hear from women out there who’ve had arthritis in the ankle and what kind of “pretty” shoes they’ve discovered that they can wear!..

I think he is crazy!
Let me tell you a little about myself and why the dr came to this ridiculous conclusion.
I got pregnant off mirena. So its high risk. Me and my husband are going through a temporary seperation and we have 15 month old baby boy. I know this sounds bad but neither of us wanted this baby. I am 12 weeks pregnant and still not fully excited like I was with my first. I have so much stress that ultrasound proved that the baby is being affected by it through their heart rate. He told me that if I quit smoking now it would do more harm than good because I guess when you quit it puts more stress on your body. I think hes totally stupid for saying this….. he just said keep smoking but drink alot of water to wash out some of the nicotine. With my first I quit at 13 weeks. This one, I have tried when i first found out, but due to not wanting to be pregnant again I didnt stick with it. Do you think I should listen to the Dr or try to quit anyway and risk harming the baby?
Also, what other tricks do yall know that will flush nicotine out of my body! I dont want my baby to be affected by smoking, but I dont want them to be hurt anymore by quitting.

I smoke about a pack a day. I started back smoking when jason was 5 months old. Started back at 3 packs a day! 3 FRICKIN PACKS! Ridiculous and HORRIBLE for my health. But finding out I was pregnant I went down to just a pack a day
