Electronic cigarette, how I quit smoking
Open Question: I am hooked to cigarettes. How do I quit smoking?
My father died a few years ago and at that time I took up smoking without worrying about the harmful effects. I knew it was sinjurious to health but I did not care at that time. I chain smoked for about 3 years and now I find out that I get tired real quick, I cannot run long distances and find even the basic tasks strenous. I consulted a doctor who asked me to immediately stop smoking. He also carried out reports which proved that as of now, I am lucky that I do not have cancer but if I continue, I am very well gonna get it. He also showed me some photographs of damaged lungs caused due to effects of long term smoking.
This has really horrifed me and I decided to stop cold turkey, since I smoke about 10 to 15 cigarettes a day but horrors, I found out that I am completely hooked. I get real irritable if I don’t get a cigarette.
I want to break this habit and kick it off for good. I’ve been stupid but I want to change all that. Eventually, I also tried cutting down on smoking but I find even that very stressful.
As a last ditch resort, I even started keeping my pockets empty soo that I do not have money to buy cigarettes anywhere but that really makes me edgy and my hands start shaking due to smoke cravings.
This has made me realize that I am in a serious problem with my smoking addiction and I want to quit smoking real bad. Are there any medications available which would help me cure this habit. I don’t wanna apply patches or stuff cause I heard that even those patches would get you addicted to nicotine. How do I break this disgusting habit, Please suggest some techniques which I can use to cut down my consumption and quit smoking eventually. Thank you in advance for helping me out.
Open Question: Do you think I could be pregnant?
In April I got my period the 20th. In May I got my period the 22nd. And now it’s June 26th and it hasn’t come. I did have unprotected sex quite a few times this month. I’ve taken pregnancy tests and they all come back negative. But I feel pregnant. I’ve been exhausted the past week. I’ve been smoking for 4 years and for the past week they’ve tasted horrible, sometimes I gag smoking them and put it out. (I will quit if I find out i’m pregnant) I can smell better than usual, and feel like i’ll throw up if theyre gross smells, but my sister can never smell it. I have been having weird light cramps for the past 4 days, they come and go. Which is weird because when I have my period I know its coming because…ill have the cramps for about 2 hours then my period shows up. My boobs are sore and nipples are sensetive, usually doesn’t happen around my period time. And about two weeks ago when i went to wipe i had a little spot of red blood on the toilet paper and that was all. So what do you think?
I also pee ALLL THE TIME.
And have been very emotional. I flipped out on a random person for walking into me, also cry when things really aren’t that sad on tv. And get really happy watching things like the bachelorette haha.

we live in north India. He lives with me, and in India, parents do not throw kids out of their house at all. We have joint families and we live together.
