Open Question: How can i control both if i have sex addiction and cigarette addiction ?
i am 27.
i am a sex addict. Recently i told my significiant other everything that i did because of my sex addiction. At first she went biserk. but then she understood , slowly, after over a month of talking and explanation.
But I also have cigarette addiction and right now i am working a very stressful 3rd shift job assembling servers and computers . ( very physically demanding job ) .
I was smoking a lot of cigarettes to put my sex addiction under control because i would rather die than to hurt my girlfriend anymore. I can’t explain how sorry i felt after telling her everything..
I may have bronchitis and as an addict i am prone to switch from one addiction to another all the time.
How can i quit smoking altogether ( because i was smoking excessively recently, and today morning i coughed up a bit of blood with mucus ) .
i am scared i have something “bad”.
i am still trying to be stable so i have no money to visit doctors or anything.
My mind is not stable right now. Eventoday I felt like a bit of sex addiction kicking in while i was driving . I am very scared that i will hurt her . Please give me some expert advise.
