Open Question: How can I quit smoking?
It’s almost 3pm and I haven’t smoked a cigarette yet, but then again, I went to class and went to bed afterwards. Should I cut down or quit cold turkey or get patches or anything else?

I’ve heard that models use it on their teeth to help keep their teeth from drying out when smiling a lot. I’m a smoker who just had my teeth cleaned and polished,(and they look great) and was wondering if before I have a cig, if I put some Vaseline on my teeth will it trap the tar stains and keep it off my teeth? Open Question: It’s been 4 months since I quit smoking and my breathing became very very difficult a few days ago.?
Is this just a reaction to my body adjusting or do I have COPD?
I went to the hospital (emergency) and got nebulizers.
I smoked 20 cigarettes a day for 10 years and I am 42 years old.
Fortunately the x-rays just showed conjestion (from a virus or bacteria) no blck spots.
However this nailed me so badly I wonder is I have done significant permanet damage to my lungs.
I forgot to mention that I have asthma
I was released from the hospital and they gave me meds yesterday
3 years later and I still miss smoking cigarettes since like a week after quitting. I could be smoking right now if 2012 is really the end.

5 Months after quitting on smoking, I weigh myself and gained at least 20lbs. WHAT? Is that expected? I think the scale is incorrect.
