i have been smoking for a little less than 6 monthes and im at least half a pack a day
im fifteen, so im quite young,
i am on the lozenge now from nicobat, and it doesnt seem to satisfy me, im having trouble with cravings still
any suggestions? any other brands of gum or lozenge i could use? any other alternative methods i could do to help me quit smoking? im not a very heavy smoker, but im still addicted to the nicotine
i also tried the patch and it made me really sick, which was hard considering im still at school
how about hypnosis?
ive tried cold turkey and it didnt seem to end up well, i was quite crabby and moody and i just didnt have the self control
